Onion Meatballs
Onion Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 c. bread crumbs, 1 egg, 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce and 1 (4 oz.) can tomato sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Mix meat, bread crumbs, milk and egg.
Make 1-inch meat balls.
In bottom of casserole dish, spread thinly chopped onion.
Place meat balls on top of onion.
Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until brown.
Then add vegetables, Worcestershire sauce and tomato sauce.
Cover and bake until tender vegetables, 425° for 35 minutes.
Top with cheese and brown.
