Onion Dip
Onion Dip is an easy dinner. Made with 5 slices bacon, 1 pouch campbell's onion soup, 2 c. sour cream, 1 tbsp. prepared horseradish, drained and 1 tsp. dijon mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In a 10-inch skillet over medium heat, cook bacon on both sides until crisp.
Drain on paper towel.
Save half of 1 slice for garnish.
Crumble remaining bacon.
In medium bowl, blend soup mix, bacon, sour cream, horseradish and mustard.
Cover and chill 2 hours.
Serve with chips or cut up raw vegetables.
Garnish top with bacon.
