Onion Chicken
Onion Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 1 envelope lipton onion soup mix, 3/4 c. italian bread crumbs, 8 chicken parts (legs, thighs and breasts) and 1/2 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Preheat oven to 350°.
Place onion soup and bread crumbs in large plastic bag and shake to blend.
Brush chicken on all sides with mayonnaise.
Place one piece of chicken in bag at a time, close tightly and shake until coated.
Place chicken on rack in broiler pan.
Bake in 350° oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown and tender.
Serves 4.
