Onion Chicken
Onion Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless, 1/2 c. butter, melted, 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce, dash of pepper and dash of garlic powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Lightly fry chicken in oil.
Prepare baking sheet by covering with foil.
Put French fried onions in a Ziploc bag and crush with rolling pin or cooking mallet.
Pour into bowl or dish.
Melt the butter, Worcestershire sauce, pepper and garlic powder in saucepan.
Dip the fried chicken in butter mixture and then coat with the crushed fried onions.
Place chicken pieces on foil-covered baking sheet.
Spoon remaining French fried onions onto chicken pieces and drizzle with leftover butter mixture.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350Β°.
