Onion Cheese Pie
Onion Cheese Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. ritz cheese crackers, crushed fine, 1/2 c. melted butter or margarine, 3 large onions, sliced thin, 1 tbsp. vegetable oil and 1 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix crushed crackers with melted butter or margarine.
Press into Pyrex pie plate, reserving 1/2 cup.
Saute onions in vegetable oil until tender and golden; spread on crust.
Heat milk, eggs, salt, cheese and seasonings, stirring constantly, until cheese melts.
Pour mixture over onions and bake until center sets, about 30 minutes at 350Β°.
Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
