Onion Cauliflower Bake
Onion Cauliflower Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower, thawed, 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen onions (in cream sauce), 3/4 c. (3 oz.) shredded sharp cheese, 1/4 c. toasted slivered almonds and 1 tbsp. snipped parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Cut cauliflower into bite-sized pieces.
Prepare creamed onions according to package directions
In saucepan place 1 1/2 cups water, 2 tablespoons butter and the 2 packages of frozen onions. Cover and bring to boiling over medium-high heat.
Reduce heat and simmer covered for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat; stir in cheese, almonds and parsley.
Place in casserole dish and top with onions.
Bake until done.
