Onion Casserole
Onion Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. long grain rice (uncooked), 8 c. coarsely chopped onions, 1/4 c. butter, melted, 1 c. swiss cheese, grated and 2/3 c. half and half, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cook rice in 5 cups boiling water for 5 minutes.
Drain.
Set aside.
Cook onions in butter until limp but not browned.
Combine all ingredients.
Mix well.
Pour in a 2-quart casserole.
