Onion Casserole
Onion Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 4 heaping c. thinly sliced onions, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 1/2 c. corn flakes, 1/2 c. melted butter and 1 pkg. blanched almonds, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cook onions in salted water until tender.
Drain.
Layer half of onions in buttered dish (I use an 8 x 10-inch casserole), followed by half of soup and almonds.
Repeat.
Mix melted butter and corn flakes.
Sprinkle on top.
Bake at 350Β° about 45 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
