Preheat oven to 400Β°. Soak instant onions in water 5 minutes. Combine biscuit mix, egg, milk and Tabasco sauce in large bowl; stir until blended. Stir in onion. Turn into greased 8-inch pie plate. Brush with melted butter.
Sprinkle with seed. Bake 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
