One Step Spinach Lasagna
One Step Spinach Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. cottage cheese, 2 c. shredded mozzarella, 1 egg, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Thaw and drain spinach.
In large bowl, mix cottage cheese, 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, egg, spinach, salt, pepper and oregano.
In a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan, lay 1/2 cup sauce, 1/3 noodles and 1/2 cheese mixture.
Repeat layers.
Top with remaining noodles, then sauce and Mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese.
Pour 1 cup water around the edges.
Cover tightly with foil.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until bubbly.
Let stand 15 minutes.
(Also you can take off foil for the last 15 minutes to brown.)
Can be made ahead and frozen.
