One-Step Lasagna
One-Step Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. pkg. lasagna noodles, 1 lb. lean ground beef, 32 oz. jar spaghetti sauce, 1/2 c. water and 2 c. cottage cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Microwave the ground beef until no longer pink.
Drain off fat.
Add spaghetti sauce, water and the salt.
In a 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish, layer 1/3 of the sauce, 1/2 of uncooked noodles, 1 cup cottage cheese and 1/2 of the Mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers, ending with sauce.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover tightly and microwave on High for 10 minutes.
Rotate dish. Microwave on 70% powder for 20 minutes or until noodles are tender.
Let stand, covered, for 10 minutes.
Additional cheese may be sprinkled on top after baking, if desired.
