One Step Lasagna
One Step Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, 2 (15 oz.) jars spaghetti sauce, 1/2 lb. lasagna noodles (uncooked), 16 oz. container cottage cheese, mixed with 1 (8 oz.) carton plain yogurt and 16 oz. pkg. mozzarella, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook spinach and drain well.
Spread 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Layer one-half of each of the noodles, cottage cheese, yogurt mixture, spinach, Mozzarella, then spaghetti sauce.
Repeat.
Top with Parmesan.
Add the cup of water around the sides; cover tightly with foil.
Bake at 350Β° for one hour.
Remove foil and bake 15 minutes longer.
Let sit for 20 minutes before serving.
