One-Step Lasagna
One-Step Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 32 oz. jar spaghetti sauce, 3/4 c. water, 1 tsp. basil and 1 tsp. oregano, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Brown hamburger; stir in sauce, water, basil and oregano. Simmer 5 to 10 minutes.
Combine cottage cheese and egg.
In an ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan, layer 1/3 noodles, 1/3 sauce, 1/3 cottage cheese mixture, 1/3 Mozzarella cheese.
Repeat; end with Mozzarella on top.
Sprinkle with Parmesan.
Cover with foil and bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Remove foil and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
Let stand for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
