One Step Chicken Dinner is an easy dinner. Made with 1 can green peas, 1 c. raw rice, 4 to 6 chicken pieces, 1 spoon butter and 1 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish (greased), pour in the peas, juice also; on the other 1/2 of dish, pour in rice.
Now you have peas and juice and water on 1 side and rice and 1 spoon butter on the other side.
Place chicken pieces on top of this.
Season to taste and cover.
Cook at 350Β° for 1 hour.
