One Pan Granola is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 c. oil, 1 c. honey, 1/2 c. water, 2 tsp. vanilla and 5 or 6 c. old-fashioned rolled oats, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Pour liquid ingredients into a large roasting pan and heat in 250Β° oven for 10 minutes or until mixture is warm and thinned; stir to blend.

Mix together the dry ingredients except fruit. Remove roasting pan from oven and slowly add dry ingredients to liquid mixture in pan.

Stir until well blended.

Spread evenly in pan and return to oven.

Bake approximately 2 hours, stirring every 20 minutes.

Granola should be golden brown.

Remove from oven.

When cool, add fruit, if desired.

Makes about 12 cups.
