One Hour Rolls
One Hour Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tsp. salt, 6 tbsp. cooking oil, 4 tbsp. sugar, 3 pkg. dry yeast and 4 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Add salt, oil and sugar to milk and heat to 120° to 130°. Pour mixture over yeast.
Add flour and mix well.
Scrape dough onto a heavily floured surface (dough will be sticky).
Liberally sprinkle top of dough with more flour.
Roll out; cut out rounds with biscuit cutter.
Fold over and allow to rise on cookie sheet for 1 hour in a warm place.
Bake at 350° for 12 to 14 minutes. After removing from oven, rub butter over tops and cover with a towel.
Serves 15.
