Omigosh Omelet
Omigosh Omelet is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 to 8 eggs, 5 hash brown patties, 1/2 lb. bacon, 1 pkg. sizzler sausage links and 1 c. shredded cheese (cheddar or american), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Cook bacon.
Drain grease and set aside.
Chop tomato and onion in large cast iron frypan.
Brown hash browns. Line frypan with hash browns.
Layer bacon on hash browns.
Combine milk and egg and scramble mixture.
Pour egg and milk mixture over potatoes and bacon and cook until mix starts to firm up on bottom.
Add all other ingredients and bake until firm. Test with toothpick.
Serves 6.
