Omelet Soufflé
Omelet Soufflé is an easy dinner. Made with whites of six eggs, yolks of four eggs, juice of half a lemon or 1 tbsp. orange flower water or kirsch and 4 tbsp. powdered sugar (white), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Grease baking dish with butter.
Beat the eggs (white) to a stiff froth.
Beat the yolks and the sugar to a cream, add the lemon juice, orange flower water or Kirsch.
Add whites of the eggs.
Stir carefully and heap all quickly into the baking dish and bake about 15 minutes, until top is a delicate brown.
Serve immediately as it will fall if allowed to stand.
May serve as a dessert.
