Olive Sauce is an easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. olive oil, 2 garlic cloves, minced, 1 1/2 c. pitted black olives, cut into small pieces, 1/2 c. chopped parsley and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Heat oil in small saucepan.

Add garlic, but do not brown. Add olives and parsley; saute for 2 to 3 minutes or until olives are heated.
