Olive-Rye Appetizer
Olive-Rye Appetizer is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. thinly sliced smoked beef, chopped, 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese, 1 c. sliced ripe olives, 1/2 c. mayonnaise and 2 1/2 doz. whole grain rye crackers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Combine beef, cheese and ripe olives with mayonnaise.
Spread 1 tablespoon of the mixture on each cracker.
Place on baking sheet.
Bake at 375Β° for 5 to 7 minutes or until cheese melts. Yield: 2 1/2 dozen.
