Olive Macaroni Salad
Olive Macaroni Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. olive oil, 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise (regular or reduced fat), 3/4 c. chopped coarsely "spanish salad" olives (no frills type are great), 3/4 c. liquid from "spanish salad" olives and 1 large onion, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Mix well all of above, except last ingredient.
Chill in large bowl or container, covered, while macaroni cooks.
Rinse cooked macaroni briefly.
Cool and stir while cooling (for approximately 5 minutes).
Add macaroni and chill again.
Serve cold.
Add more olive liquid to loosen, if necessary.
