Combine all ingredients and pour into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Cover.
Bake in moderate oven at 350Β° for about 40 minutes or until rice is tender.
Toss slightly with a fork several times during the last 15 minutes of cooking or until liquid is almost all absorbed.
