Olive Balls is an easy dinner. Made with 1/4 lb. cheddar cheese, 1/4 c. soft butter, 1/4 tsp. paprika, 3/4 c. flour and 36 to 40 olives, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Grate cheese and let soften.
Blend in butter and paprika. Work in flour until smooth and deep yellow color.
Let stand for 15 minutes.
Pinch 1 teaspoonful off; roll in palm and flatten. Place around a well drained olive.
Chill for 10 minutes or freeze.
Heat at 375Β° for 20 to 25 minutes, 30 if frozen.
