Mix first 6 ingredients together.
Cut toast in quarters into a greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Sprinkle raisins over toast. Pour mixture over toast.

Bake in slow oven (350Β°) for 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
