Old Time Beef Stew is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 lb. beef chuck, cut in 1 1/2-inch cubes, 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce, 1 clove garlic, 1 medium onion, sliced and 1 or 2 bay leaves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Brown meat in small amount of oil.
Add 2 cups water and next 9 ingredients.
Simmer 1 1/2 hours.
Remove bay and garlic.
Add vegetables, cover and cook until vegetables are tender.
Thicken liquid with flour, if desired.
