Old-Fashioned Rice Pudding
Old-Fashioned Rice Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. milk, 1 c. original minute rice or minute premium long grain rice, 1/4 c. raisins (optional), 1 egg, well beaten and 1 (4 serving size) pkg. jell-o vanilla and coconut flavor pudding and pie filling, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine milk, rice, pudding mix, raisins and egg in saucepan. Stir over medium heat until mixture just comes to a boil.
Cool 5 minutes, stirring twice.
Pour into dessert dishes or serving bowl.
