Ola's Rolls
Ola'S Rolls is an easy dinner. Made with 3 1/2 c. sifted plain flour (all-purpose), 2 tsp. salt, 1 1/3 c. melted lard or crisco, cooled, 1 c. lukewarm water and 1 pkg. yeast, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Dissolve yeast into water.
Put everything into a bowl and stir until just mixed.
Be careful not to overmix.
Cover and let rise to double its size.
Stir in down and cover and put in the refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight.
Two hours before baking time, grease baking pan.
Dust dough with flour until it can be rolled out onto a board.
Roll dough, cut and place on pan. Grease tops with melted butter.
Let rise for 2 hours.
Bake in 425Β° oven until brown.
Makes about 2 dozen.
