Okra Pickles
Okra Pickles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with select young tender okra (3-inches long), 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 clove garlic, 1 tbsp. mustard seed and 1 hot pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Wash and trim tops of okra, then pack in pint jars.
To each jar, add salt, garlic, mustard seed and hot pepper.
Bring white vinegar (enough for each jar) to a boil and pour over okra.
Seal immediately.
Let stand at least 3 weeks before serving.
Better when chilled.
