Okra And Corn Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. cut okra, 2 tbsp. margarine, 6 ears corn or 1 1/2 pt. cut, salt and pepper to taste and 1 c. bread or cracker crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Wash the okra and drain well.
Place in skillet with 2 tablespoons of margarine and let it cook slowly, stirring frequently, until the sticky substance has disappeared.
