Oklahoma Caviar Dip
Oklahoma Caviar Dip is an easy dinner. Made with 2 cans black-eyed peas (ranch style brand with jalapeño peppers), 2 tomatoes, chopped, 6 to 8 small green onions, chopped (including green ends), 1/2 tsp. garlic powder and 1 pkg. good seasons salad dressing mix, mixed as directed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Drain black-eyed peas well.
Add other ingredients. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Serve with corn chips or Doritos.
Other ingredients can be added to taste, such as black olives, parsley or more jalapeño peppers.
