Ohelo Cream Pie
Ohelo Cream Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with shortbread crust (9 x 13-inch), 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 3/4 c. powdered sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 large tub cool whip (2 c.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla.
Fold in Cool Whip; spread over cooled crust.
Chill.
Place cleaned berries, water, lemon juice and sugar in pot; and bring to a rolling boil.
Continue 3 minutes.
Remove heat. Add gelatin which has been dissolved in 1/2 cup water.
Cool completely; pour over cream cheese.
