Oh-so-Easy Tuna Casserole
Oh-So-Easy Tuna Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (12 oz.) bag no yolk or egg noodles, 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained, 1 small onion, diced (optional), 1 to 2 large cans or bags tuna in spring water, drained and 2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Preheat oven to 350Β°. Cook noodles according to package directions.
Drain noodles and leave in cooking pot.
Add mushrooms, onion, tuna and cheese.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Spray a 2-quart casserole dish or pan with butter-flavor Pam.
Add tuna/noodle mixture. (If desired, 1 tablespoon butter or margarine can be added before baking.) Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until done.
