Oatmeal Sheet Cake
Oatmeal Sheet Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 3/4 c. boiling water, 1/2 c. softened oleo, 1 c. brown sugar, 1/2 tsp. soda and 2 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Combine first three ingredients and set aside in covered bowl. Mix together the sugars, baking powder, soda, vanilla, eggs, salt, flour and cinnamon.
Mix well.
Add the oat mixture and mix well. Pour into a greased and floured sheet cake pan and bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
Leave unfrosted or you can add a light buttercream frosting.
