Oatmeal Crackers
Oatmeal Crackers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. quick oats, 3/4 c. whole wheat flour, 1 1/4 c. unbleached flour, 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 c. warm water and 1 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Stir sugar, salt, 1 1/2 cups of water and oil together.
Add oats and flour with more water if necessary to make a moist dough. Roll very thin on Pammed cookie sheets.
Cut into squares and prick with a fork.
Bake until light brown in a 300Β° oven.
Watch carefully as crackers around the edges will brown first.
Remove these as they brown.
