Mix brown sugar, eggs and oil.
Add flour, soda, baking powder, salt and oats.
Mix and drop by teaspoon onto a tray of powdered sugar.
Roll thoroughly.
Place on an ungreased cookie sheet 3 inches apart.
Bake at 350Β° not more than 7 to 8 minutes.
