Oatmeal Cookies
Oatmeal Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. oleo, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 2 tbsp. milk and 3/4 tsp. soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cream oleo and sugar.
Add eggs and mix well.
Mix soda, cinnamon, salt and flour together.
Add to oleo mixture.
Mix well.
Add vanilla, mix well.
Add oatmeal, pecans, and raisins. Mix well.
Mixture will be stiff. Drop by teaspoons onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350Β° for 10 to 12 minutes or until done.
