Oatmeal Cookies
Oatmeal Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. brown sugar, 1 stick margarine, 1/2 tsp. soda, 2 tbsp. hot water and 1 1/4 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine brown sugar, melted butter and soda, dissolved in hot water.
Blend in remaining ingredients.
Shape into small balls. Place on baking sheet and press down.
Cookies will be soft at first, but will be harder when cool.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 10 minutes.
Makes 40 cookies.
