Oatmeal Cookies
Oatmeal Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick margarine, 2 c. sugar, 3 level tbsp. cocoa, 2 c. quick oats and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix the margarine, sugar and cocoa.
Add 1/2 cup milk.
Bring to a rapid boil for 1 minute.
Remove from heat and add 1/2 cup peanut butter and 2 cups quick oats, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1/2 cup chopped pecans.
Mix well and drop on wax paper by a teaspoon.
