Oatmeal Cookies
Oatmeal Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. flour, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1 c. butter, softened, 1/4 c. sugar and 3/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix flour with baking soda and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine butter, sugars and pudding mix; beat until smooth and creamy.
Beat in eggs.
Gradually add flour mixture to creamy mixture.
Stir in oats.
Batter will be stiff.
Drop by rounded teaspoonful about 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 375Β° for 8 to 10 minutes.
Yields about 5 dozen cookies.
