Mix together the quick oats and boiling water and set aside. Cream together sugars, margarine, eggs and vanilla.
Sift together dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture.
Mix well. Add oatmeal and mix well. Beat at 350Β° for 30 to 40 minutes in a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
