Oatmeal Cake
Oatmeal Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 3/4 c. boiling water, 3/4 c. oleo, 1 1/2 c. oatmeal, 1 1/2 c. sugar and 1 1/2 c. brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine together boiling water, oleo and oatmeal.
Stir once in a while.
Mix together sugar, brown sugar, vanilla and eggs, then add oatmeal mixture and stir well.
Sift in flour, salt, cinnamon and soda.
Mix thoroughly and bake at 350Β°.
