Oatmeal Cake
Oatmeal Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. boiling water, 1 c. oatmeal, 1 c. brown sugar, 1 c. white sugar and 1/2 c. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Pour boiling water over oatmeal.
Let set.
Cream sugar and butter.
Add eggs, salt and vanilla.
Mix flour, cinnamon and soda together.
Add alternately with oatmeal mixture.
Pour into 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 minutes.
Cool and frost.
