Oatmeal Cake

All first 3 ingredients to stand in small bowl for 20 minutes.
In another bowl, mix all other ingredients.
Then stir in cooled oatmeal mixture.
Add nuts or fruit if you like at bake in a 9x9 inch pan for 35 minutes or until done.
Serves 6-9.
