Pour boiling water over oatmeal; let stand while mixing rest of cake.
Cream together margarine, sugars and eggs and add flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.
Mix oatmeal mixture with above and bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes in an oblong pan.
