Pour boiling water over oats and let stand 1/2 hour.
Cream margarine.
Add salt, sugars and vanilla.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Add dry ingredients alternately with oatmeal mixture. Bake 50 minutes in a 350Β° oven.
Use a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Dust with confectioners sugar when cool.
