Oatmeal Cake
Oatmeal Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. hot water, 2 c. oatmeal, 1 c. oil, 3 c. sugar and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix hot water and oatmeal together and set aside.
Sift all dry ingredients together and make a well in the center.
To the well, add eggs, oil and oatmeal mixture and blend thoroughly. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 35 minutes.
