Pour boiling water over quick oats; cover and let stand while mixing other ingredients, about 10 minutes.
Cream oleo, sugars and eggs together and add oatmeal mixture.
Mix thoroughly and mix in remaining ingredients.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350Β° for 35 minutes.
