Oatmeal Cake
Oatmeal Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. boiling water, 1 c. quick oats, 1 stick margarine or butter, 1 c. brown sugar and 1 c. white sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Pour boiling water over oats; let stand 20 minutes.
In separate bowl, cream margarine and sugars.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each egg.
Add oat mixture.
Mix together flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
Add to creamed mixture. Add vanilla; mix well.
Bake at 350Β° in a 9 x 13-inch pan for 30 to 35 minutes.
