Combine margarine and water; add oats.
Allow to stand 30 minutes.
Add eggs, sugar and brown sugar; mix well.
Add flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.
Bake in a 12 x 13-inch pan at 350Β° for 35 minutes (grease and flour pan).
