Oatmeal Cake
Oatmeal Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. boiling water, 1 c. quick rolled oats, 1 stick margarine, 1 c. sugar and 1 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Mix water, oats and margarine and let stand 20 minutes.
Add the rest of the ingredients and pour into a greased and floured 9 x 12-inch pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 minutes.
When you remove from oven pour on topping and broil a few minutes until topping is bubbly.
Remove from oven and cool.
